Maryland Firearms Classes
Maryland HQL Class
Unless otherwise exempt, as of October 1, 2013, a Maryland resident must possess a
valid Handgun Qualification License before he/she may purchase, rent, or receive a handgun.
Who Should Apply?
A person may not purchase, rent, or receive a handgun after October 1, 2013 unless they possess a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) issued by the Maryland State Police or qualify for exemption status.

Maryland Wear and Carry Class
This course is designed for students who qualify under Maryland’s Good and Substantial Reason will be able to obtain a permit to carry a handgun. Students will leave with an understanding of carry procedures, legal issues and use of force.
Utah Carry Permit
The Utah Carry Permit is currently valid in over 30 States.
With this gun permit, Maryland residents can legally carry a gun when they travel outside of the state a Maryland.
The Utah Concealed Carry Permit is one of the most sought-after multi-state permits as its wide acceptance allows the permit-holder to carry a gun currently in 30 states, while at the same time remaining one of the most inexpensive permits to both acquire and maintain.
